Kerr & Company is Matthew Kerr, working out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. There is no account manager, no offshore team, and nobody to hand your project to after the first call.
Why that matters more than it sounds
Most web projects stall in the gap between the person who sold the work and the person doing it. A requirement gets relayed, loses a detail, and three weeks later the thing that was built is not the thing that was described. Removing that gap is the entire operating model here.
The practical version: you get scope and price in writing before anything starts, you talk to the person writing the code, and if the answer is that you do not need what you asked for, you get told that instead of billed for it.
What has actually been shipped
Kerr & Company builds and runs its own software, not only client work. Each of these is live and can be opened right now:

This matters for a specific reason: an agency that has never shipped and maintained its own product is guessing about the things that go wrong after launch. Everything on that list has real users and real bugs.
The work
Three things, and they overlap:
